Happy Post Easter everyone. I hope your holiday was a Blessed one. Ours certainly was. We also celebrated both my son Jason's Birthday and Jenny's birthday which are only two weeks apart. Now that they are both adults and we don't have to have themed parties anymore... it's easier to celebrate them together! I still can't believe I have two grown kids... I'm not even going to share their ages 'cause I'm not old enough to be their mother... tee, hee!

Ahoy Matey...Everyone who purchased their Shop Hop Treasure Hunt bags from us, and completed the Shop Hop, needs to turn in their passports before the 31st! April Workshops: We have a fun filled month planned for you and hope you'll join us for a workshop or crop. Many of you have asked for a Saturday crop, and we have answered the call...Saturday, April 5th you can crop for free...all day long. Join us for an hour or for the day! 10:00 am - 5:00 pm you can crop till your hearts content. The only requirement is that you call and reserve a spot. We want to make sure there's plenty of room.

Design Team Technique Boutique: Are you wanting to try some new techniques but are afraid to venture out on your own? Well fear no more... here's your chance to get your hands dirty while someone else shows you how! Join our incredibly talented Design Team members as they lead you through 2 1/2 hours of hands on technique training. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 26th 10:30 am - 1:00 pm and call to reserve a spot!

National Scrapbook Day / Weekend Get-A-Way Crop: May 9-11, 2008.

All I can say is WOW! WHAT A WEEKEND! We welcomed more than 300 Treasure Hunters over the weekend, along with the crowd for our Semi-Annual Garage Sale! Surprised, and in awe of the crowds, I'm pleased to say we were prepared with a full staff on board, plenty of goody bags and make & takes, and more than enough "Good Will & Good Cheer" to go around!

They came from Far & Wide to shop, some were even dressed in costume. These were serious ladies in search of hidden treasure and new finds. The great comments were music to our ears and we were thrilled to hear how much everyone loves our Travel Section! We can't wait to welcome back you Matey's and yes, you can count us in for next year!  

As soon as we recover from this hectic week we'll fill you in on all the details for our next big event! Our Annual Weekend Retreat at the Country Inn Suites! Mark your calendars now for May 9th - 11th.

We'll be celebrating National Scrapbook Day with a week long celebration culminating with our Weekend Retreat & Crop! This event is always a sell-out, so don't wait too long to reserve your spot. The ideas of March are upon us and your (Pot Of Gold) awaits you, here at your favorite scrapbook store! We have so many wonderful new products arriving daily that even WE find it difficult not to want it all! This has been a wild and crazy week around here and we have so many things going on, I will try to keep this short and sweet and give you just the details!

Friday March 7th: Kicks Off the Tampa Bay Scrapbook Treasure Hunt! We're ready, with Treasure Bags, Passports & Beads, Goody Bags, Name Tags and Make & Takes to fill your albums! Welcome one & all as we kick off this 10 day Shop Hop! It's never too late to join the fun! Stop in and ask for details.

Saturday, March 8th: Let the Bargains Begin! Our Semi-Annual Garage Sale is from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Bring your cash and prepare for some incredible items at even more incredible prices.

Jenny will be manning a separate register at the back of the store, just for Garage Sale items. Remember these prices are rock bottom so please bring cash, a 4% service charge will be assessed for any Credit Card purchases.

It's time to Spring Ahead! Yes, that's right. Be sure to turn your clocks ahead 1 hour, before you go to bed Saturday night or you'll be late for church!

 We will have extended hours during the Treasure Hunt, so all of you Sunday shoppers who miss us...you will be able to shop both this Sunday and next. Noon to 5:00 pm.

Workshops: No Workshop this weekend due to the Garage Sale but we are truly saving the best for last! Jenny's Card Class and Swap is Saturday, March 22nd and Gina's Wild Child Album is Saturday, March 29th.
